Day zero to a fully booked practice - Nyköpingsveterinärerna on Vetnio
Long before Nyköpingsveterinärerna grew into the team it is today, Nina Berthold and I were at her kitchen table planning how to scale her small practice - and how to build it around Vetnio from the start. That was day zero. One small practice, run by two vets.
From two vets to a fully booked team
Today that practice is open and fully booked, with a big team of vets and nurses across multiple consultation rooms. They have had to close their books to new patients because demand keeps outgrowing them. Few operators in this industry have executed like Nina has.
What we're most proud of is that Vetnio grew with them. From a small practice with two vets to a much bigger team - different workflows, different speeds, different pressures. Nina has been on Vetnio through every version of her practice.
She says she saves 1 to 2 hours per day, and that is per person. That is not our survey. That is her on camera.
